Mobile app
Please note
The free 'My Child's eHealth Record app' is a simple way of keeping track of your child’s health information, development and immunisations – all in the one place.
If you are an Australian healthcare consumer and a parent of a child (or children) aged 14 or under, and are your child’s Authorised Representative, this app gives you access to the Child Development functions from within your child’s My Health Record
This app is not a replacement for your child’s health records held by their medical and health care providers
Before you use this app, sign in with your MyGov account and set up access to your children’s My Health Record. Make sure your children under the age of 14 have a My Health Record. If they do not already have one, you will need to first register your children for a record.
To access your child’s My Health Record from this app, sign in with your MyGov account. You can no longer sign in with an australia.gov.au account
Note:
- you must have a myGov account and be an authorised representative for a child under 14 with an eHealth record for the app to work
- state specific content in the app is being rolled out progressively, NSW and Tasmania are the first states
- if you experience problems, phone us on the Helpline on 1800 723 471 (call charges apply to mobile phones).
